Strengths and limits
Where it is strong
- Free Forever plan gives free WhatsApp Business API access, Blue Tick application and a Click-to-WhatsApp ads manager.
- Basic costs ₹1,500 per month in India ($45 on the USD list) with 1 owner and 5 agents, unlimited contacts and no per-contact fees.
- Indian per-message rates are published on the pricing page (marketing ₹1.09, utility, authentication and service ₹0.145) along with the October 2026 service-message change.
- Native Shopify, WooCommerce, Razorpay, PayU and WhatsApp Payments, plus Zapier, Pabbly and Integrately connectors and a public API.
Where it falls short
- No Instagram DM, comment or story automation and no Instagram inbox. Instagram is used only as an ad placement for Click-to-WhatsApp ads.
- Chatbot flows are not part of any plan and cost $80 per month extra (₹2,500 in India), and they are excluded from the free trial.
- The AI agent is a separate add-on at $50 per month (₹1,350 in India) for 1,000 AI messages.
- The pricing FAQ says message credits are charged directly by Meta, but no page states whether AiSensy adds a markup.
Skip it if you need Instagram comment-to-DM or an Instagram inbox. Or if you want chatbot flows included in the base plan price. Or if you need Stripe, HubSpot without Zapier, or a helpdesk integration such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
