Best chatbot builders for WhatsApp and Instagram together in 2026: SendPulse, Chatfuel, ManyChat and 6 more compared on pricing
Updated:
SendPulse is the cheapest way to run WhatsApp and Instagram automation from one account. WhatsApp starts on its Pro plan at $12 a month, Instagram comment-to-DM for 1,000 subscribers costs $22, and both channels share one CRM with payment buttons in the chat. Chatfuel puts every channel on one $20 plan, and ManyChat starts WhatsApp at $39.
Two bills, not one
A WhatsApp chatbot has two costs. The tool charges for its plan, and Meta charges for WhatsApp messages by country and message type. Every tool on this page bills those Meta fees on top of the plan, usually from a prepaid wallet inside the tool.
The difference is what the tool adds to Meta’s fee. respond.io and Kommo state on their pages that they add no markup, so you pay what Meta charges. Interakt and Gallabox say they add one. The others publish their own rate tables without saying either way, which the table marks as “Passed through”.
Instagram can cost less to switch on than WhatsApp. Interakt, for example, sells an Instagram-only plan at $12 a month, while its cheapest monthly plan with WhatsApp is $55.
