Five tools on this page do it for free at 1,000 contacts. SendPulse is the cheapest one that also includes a CRM and payment buttons in the chat, at $22.

How tools charge
The billing model decides how fast your bill grows, so it matters as much as the starting price.
- Stored subscribers. SendPulse counts everyone stored in your bots, including people who stopped writing. Cleaning your list lowers the bill.
- Active contacts. ManyChat, respond.io and SleekFlow count only the people who interacted with you that month, so a large list of silent followers costs nothing extra.
- DMs sent. LinkDM, ReplyRush, CreatorFlow and ReplyKaro sell a monthly DM allowance, and a busy giveaway can use a month’s allowance in a day.
- Flat price. Chatfuel, HighLevel, InstantDM and Flowgent charge the same at any contact count on the plans we priced.
- Users or seats. Kommo and Hootsuite charge for each person on your team, whatever your contact count.
- AI messages. SetSmart prices by the number of AI replies, with top-ups when you run out.
Costs that are easy to miss
Overage. ManyChat and respond.io keep billing above your plan’s limit. respond.io adds $12 for every 100 extra active contacts.
AI usage. Chatfuel’s AI spends a credit wallet that comes with the plan. Flowgent sells extra credits at $14 per 1,000, and SetSmart sells AI message top-ups.
Extra seats. ManyChat limits inbox seats on each plan and charges for each extra one.
Billing terms. Kommo bills six months up front. Most vendors discount yearly billing, by between 10 and 26 percent among the tools we priced. The prices on this page do not include those discounts.
Regional prices. SleekFlow and Kommo show different prices by country, so the price you see may differ from ours.
WhatsApp fees. If you also run WhatsApp, Meta charges its own conversation fees on top of every tool’s price.
