Strengths and limits
Where it is strong
- Enterprise-grade stack: no-code Builder, Desk for human agents, Growth for campaigns, Analytics, Router for multiple bots, AI Agent, ISO 27001, with Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, RCS, Apple Messages, email and SMS channels.
- Self-declared official Meta partner and WhatsApp Business API pioneer. Blip Go uses Meta's Coexistence API so the business keeps its WhatsApp Business App number and history.
- Transparent overage rates on platform plans (R$ 1,40 or R$ 1,25 per extra conversation, R$ 150 or R$ 100 per extra agent) and a free account to test flows.
- Documented human handoff (transbordo) on Instagram and public developer docs (docs.blip.ai).
Where it falls short
- No public monthly price for any plan that includes Instagram. Plus/Super/Enterprise require contacting sales and, per the FAQ, legal and financial verification before contract.
- Blip Go (R$ 389/month) is WhatsApp-only. The vendor itself says it is not indicated for those who need 'Instagram DM nativo'.
- Instagram comment-to-DM, keyword and Story triggers are not documented on the vendor pages fetched. Instagram material focuses on inbox/DM automation via the Messaging API.
- Capterra shows only 3 reviews (3.3/5), and Reclame Aqui search results surface complaints about contract cancellation and billing (score not readable, site blocked).
Skip it if you want self-serve sign-up with a published price for Instagram automation. Or if you are a creator or small business needing comment-to-DM rather than an enterprise contact center. Or if you need pricing or a pilot under about R$ 400/month that includes Instagram.
