Strengths and limits

Where it is strong

  • Permanent free plan with 500 DMs a month that includes comment-to-DM, story-reply and keyword-DM automation with unlimited automations.
  • Flat price per workspace ($15 or $30 monthly) with no per-contact fees. A viral post uses up the allowance but cannot raise the bill.
  • Email gate and follow gate on the $15 Pro plan, with contacts stored in a built-in CRM and exportable as CSV.
  • States Meta Tech Provider status (approved December 2025) and official Graph API use. GDPR-aligned with a DPA, as an EU (Spain) company.

Where it falls short

  • Instagram only: no Facebook, WhatsApp or other channels, so a Facebook Page needs a second tool.
  • DM-metered caps (500 / 5,000 / 10,000 per workspace) pause all automations when reached. Extra capacity is only via paid add-on packs on Pro and Growth.
  • No flow builder, AI agent, shared inbox or public API is documented on vendor pages. The product is a single-reply link-delivery tool.
  • Company founded in 2025 with a 13-review Trustpilot profile. The vendor's own pages disagree on whether the free plan asks for a card.

Skip it if you need Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or multi-channel automation. Or if you need branching conversation flows, AI replies or a team inbox. Or if you send well over 10,000 DMs a month per account and want a cheaper per-DM rate than the add-on packs.
