- No free plan. Starter has 0 AI credits so AI replies start at $49/month.
- AI usage is metered by message credits (2,000 to 8,000/month) with paid top-ups.
- Branding removal only from Standard ($99) or as a $39/month add-on.
- Company is a trade name of a Wyoming LLC with no About or Careers page (both return 404).
Skip it if you want a free comment-to-DM tier. Or if you need Facebook Messenger or Telegram (channels listed are Instagram, WhatsApp, Slack and website chat). Or if you need a vendor with a visible company profile and third-party reviews.
