AI work is metered in AI credits: 500 per month on Basic, 2,000 on Essential, 8,000 on Advanced, custom on Enterprise. Unused plan credits reset monthly. The AI Wallet doc gives about 1 to 5 credits per Chat AI Agent response and about 1 credit per translation. Top-up price differs by page: $10 per 5,000 credits (pricing add-ons), $18 per 5,000 (pricing FAQ) and $0.00266 per credit in 1,000-credit blocks (AI Wallet doc). AI agents on WhatsApp and Instagram start at Essential. AI voice starts at Advanced with pass-through per-minute charges. Strengths and limits
Where it is strong
- Instagram comment automation with a public reply and an initial DM is listed on every plan, including Basic at $150 per month (quarterly billing), and runs on posts, Reels and Carousels.
- WhatsApp Coexistence is available on all plans, so the same number keeps working in the WhatsApp Business App while Gallabox runs the inbox, bots and broadcasts.
- Commerce and payment connectors common in India: Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopflo, Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe and WhatsApp Pay with UPI, plus Shiprocket and Shipway shipping alerts.
- Docs publish a per-country WhatsApp rate card in USD and INR, including the October 1, 2026 Meta changes.
Where it falls short
- No month-to-month billing. Basic is $150 per month paid per quarter ($450), and USD prices are about five times the India prices (Rs 2,999 is about $31).
- Basic has a hard cap of 3 users, 500 AI credits per month and no AI agent on WhatsApp or Instagram. AI agents start at Essential, $331 per month billed quarterly.
- Rule-based bot flows, broadcasts, templates and payments work only on WhatsApp. Instagram automation is limited to AI agents and AI comment replies, which consume AI credits.
- Meta's WhatsApp fees are billed with a Gallabox markup that is not published as a number, and only Enterprise gets a 'discounted markup'.
Skip it if you want keyword-based Instagram flows or Instagram broadcasts. Gallabox uses AI intent matching on Instagram and has no Instagram flow builder. Or if you need a monthly plan you can cancel any month. Or if you need a native Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias or Make integration.
