Strengths and limits
Where it is strong
- Permanent free plan with 50 comment-triggered DM sends per month and no credit card, with all features unlocked.
- Low entry price: paid plans run R$ 29,90 to R$ 149,90 per month (about US$ 6 to US$ 30), and several Instagram accounts can share one plan.
- Retroactive replies: comments from the previous 24 hours can be processed after the automation is switched on, and ad posts (including Ads Manager 'dark' posts) are supported.
- DM formats include text with links, up to 3 buttons, and carousels of up to 10 cards with 3 buttons each, plus a 'Peca para Seguir' follow gate and a welcome message.
Where it falls short
- Instagram only. No WhatsApp, Messenger or other channels and no shared inbox or human handoff described.
- Volume-based: 1 Magic Point per DM flow, points reset monthly and do not accumulate. The free plan covers only 50 sends.
- No flow builder, AI agent, broadcasts or CRM features are described. The product is limited to comment/Story-triggered replies and DMs.
- Portuguese-only interface and support. Pricing in BRL only.
Skip it if you need WhatsApp, Messenger or a multi-channel inbox alongside Instagram. Or if you need conversational flows, AI agents or team handoff rather than one-shot link delivery. Or if your team does not work in Portuguese.
