Strengths and limits
Where it is strong
- An Instagram-only plan at $12 per month (₹999 in India) includes unlimited DMs and comments, keyword-based comment-to-DM with a public comment reply, and giveaway automation.
- Growth at $55 per month adds WhatsApp with catalogs, WhatsApp Pay, payment links, linear chatbots and unlimited agents, with a shared inbox for WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Native integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Razorpay, PayU, HubSpot, Freshdesk, Calendly and Zapier, plus public APIs and webhooks from Growth.
- No per-seat fees on the Marketing and Support plans ('Unlimited agents').
Where it falls short
- Per-message WhatsApp rates differ by plan and only Enterprise is listed with 'No Templates Markups', so Starter, Growth and Advanced pay above Meta's base rate.
- The WhatsApp Starter plan is not sold monthly (quarterly $69 or yearly $239 only), and branching chatbot flows need Advanced at $69 per month.
- Instagram automation is template-based ('Price Please' and giveaway flows, custom auto replies). Story reply, story mention and branching Instagram flows are not documented.
- Trustpilot shows 1.9 from 13 reviews. G2 blocked automated access.
Skip it if you need Facebook Messenger, TikTok, SMS or web chat in the same inbox. Interakt offers WhatsApp, Instagram, RCS (Enterprise) and voice calling only. Or if you need documented Instagram story or story-mention automation. Or if you want WhatsApp message fees at Meta's base rate without an Enterprise contract.
