Strengths and limits

Where it is strong

  • Full sales CRM (pipelines, unified inbox, tasks) plus Salesbot in one product. Instagram comments, DMs and story mentions become leads in the pipeline.
  • Salesbot can reply publicly in the comment or by DM depending on keyword, check whether the commenter follows you, and react to DMs and story mentions.
  • Localized for Brazil and LatAm (pt-BR and es-LA sites and docs) with a partner network for implementation.
  • Developer platform with public API, llms.txt and Zapier/Make connectors.

Where it falls short

  • No monthly billing: minimum 6-month prepaid term ($210 per user for Advanced).
  • Instagram comment automation is not on the Base plan. Advanced ($35/user/month, $30 on the Brazilian site) is the entry point.
  • Channel caps per seat: Base 1 WhatsApp number + 1 Instagram account, Advanced 3 of each. More accounts need more seats or Pro.
  • Trustpilot score is 2.3/5 (60 reviews) with support complaints, versus Capterra 4.5/5 (263 reviews).
  • Connection docs warn that up to 15% of Instagram accounts cannot connect via Instagram login and must use Facebook authorization.

Skip it if you want a month-to-month subscription or a free plan. Or if you only need creator-style comment-to-DM without a CRM. Or if you need pricing or invoicing in BRL rather than USD.
