Strengths and limits
Where it is strong
- Vendor configures and maintains the AI agent in 72 hours. No flow building by the customer.
- Unified WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook inbox with built-in CRM, team assignment (round robin or manual) and human escalation.
- Stripe payment links in chat and Shopify integration from the Professional plan.
- Mexican entity with MXN billing and CFDI invoicing. States use of official Meta APIs and a Meta Tech Provider badge.
Where it falls short
- Entry price is $4,497 MXN/month (about $264 USD at 17 MXN/USD) for one channel and 800 conversations. No free plan or self-serve trial.
- No evidence of Instagram comment-to-DM, keyword or story triggers. The vendor itself points comment-automation buyers to ManyChat.
- FAQ states data cannot be exported and custom dashboards cannot be built. FAQ also says scheduled messages are unavailable, which conflicts with 'campañas masivas y programadas' on solution pages.
- Very small company: founded December 2023, about page describes a team of 3 specialists.
