Strengths and limits
Where it is strong
- Free tier includes Instagram and Facebook comment-to-DM, story replies and story mentions with 1,000 DMs/month and no credit card.
- Pro is a flat $19/month for 25,000 DMs across up to 3 Instagram accounts. Cost does not scale with contact count.
- Claims Meta Business Partner status since 2021 and links to a Meta partner-directory entry.
- Volume-handling features (DM overflow queue, slow-down mode, Rewind back-send) aimed at viral posts.
Where it falls short
- No AI agent or generative replies. Automation is keyword triggers plus templated DMs and scheduled sequences.
- Free plan only automates the last 10 posts and excludes public comment auto-reply and branding removal.
- Instagram and Facebook only. No WhatsApp, web chat or other channels.
- No shared team inbox, CRM or payment features found. Lead data goes out to Kit, Flodesk, Sheets or Mailchimp.
- Pricing page shows 25,000 DMs 'per month' in one place and 'per account / per month' in another. The exact cap basis for multi-account users is ambiguous.
