Where it is strong
- Instagram Auto-moderation rules cover organic comments, ad comments, private messages and profile mentions, with triggers on keywords, auto-detected sentiment, spam/hate tags or user tags, and actions including 'Reply in a private message', reply as comment, hide and delete.
- Pricing is by seats, profiles and inbox volume rather than contacts: the first Expert tier ($139/month) covers 2 users, 5 profiles and 10,000 inbox messages regardless of audience size.
- One inbox and one rule engine span Facebook, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Instagram Ads, TikTok, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn and YouTube, with assignment to moderators, tagging and email alerts.
- 14-day trial of the full Expert plan without a credit card. EU-based vendor with GDPR statements and a non-profit discount of up to 50%.
Where it falls short
- Comment-to-DM and all other automation require the Expert plan ($139/month monthly, $119 annual). The Standard and Pro plans do not include Auto-moderation.
- Automation is single-step rules (trigger, condition, action), with randomised reply variants but no documented multi-step conversation flows, buttons, quick replies or DM broadcasts.
- Monthly Inbox capacity caps (10K messages at tier 1) can be topped up only three times before a higher tier is needed.
- AI reply suggestions never post automatically and AI Assistant features are a paid add-on. The AI is for moderation and drafting, not an autonomous agent.
- Instagram Creator accounts are not supported. A Business profile linked to a Facebook Page is required.
Skip it if you want a conversational DM flow builder with buttons, quick replies, lead capture fields or broadcasts. Or if you need an entry price under $100/month or a free plan that includes Instagram automation. Or if you run a Creator account and will not convert it to a Business profile linked to a Facebook Page.
