Vendor pages disagree on automation caps: refund policy says up to 3 active automations, FAQ says comment triggers on one Reel at a time, homepage says no automations cap. Strengths and limits
Where it is strong
- Lowest published paid price in the category checked: ₹99 or $3 a month flat for 30,000 DMs, with a permanent 1,000-DM free plan and no card.
- Feature set unusual for the price: visual flow builder, broadcasts to subscribers, follow gate, story reply and mention triggers, follow-up DMs, product carousels, and a credit-metered AI agent with human handoff.
- REST API with scoped keys and an MCP server (send DMs, manage automations, subscribers, broadcasts), plus OpenAPI spec usable from Zapier or Make webhooks.
- India-first billing: INR pricing, UPI and Razorpay, GST invoices, Hinglish keyword detection.
Where it falls short
- Very young, thin company: launched 2026, no company entity named (terms list an individual owner and a residential-style Mumbai address), 9 Trustpilot reviews, 0 Capterra reviews, 1 Product Hunt upvote, and a blank /open stats page.
- Vendor pages contradict each other on user counts (10,000+, 8,010+, 337,000+), DMs sent (2.4M vs 5.2M), free-plan automation caps and whether Pro is unlimited or 250,000 DMs.
- Strict no-refund policy on all paid plans, and plan changes require cancelling and waiting for the period to end.
- Prices for the Scale and Growth packs and all yearly prices are not visible without JavaScript. AI top-up packs are 'coming soon' and Free includes 0 AI credits.
Skip it if you need a vendor with a verifiable legal entity, track record and partner status before connecting client accounts. Or if you need WhatsApp or channels beyond Instagram and Facebook. Or if you need refunds or a trial of paid features before committing.
