Strengths and limits
Where it is strong
- Largest permanent free allowance among the micro-SaaS tools checked: 1,500 DMs a month with comment-to-DM, Reels and Story automation and no card.
- Covers Instagram and Facebook Pages from one dashboard on every plan, including Free.
- Flat DM-metered tiers ($10 for 7,500 DMs, $25 for 40,000) with no per-contact fees. IOS and Android apps are available.
- Follow-gated DMs, public comment auto-reply, email collector, story mention replies, SendBack retry and a step-by-step flow automation on paid plans.
Where it falls short
- Free and Lite plans carry ReplyRush branding on DMs. Branding removal starts at Boost ($25).
- Free plan excludes follow gate, comment auto-reply, email capture and the excess-DM queue, and keeps data only 30 days.
- The Meta Business Partner claim could not be confirmed in Meta's directory, and the operating entity is inconsistently named across pages (Hexotix Private Limited in terms, 'KIDYX' as App Store developer, 'Foxly' in the refund policy).
- Refunds only within 2 days and only if the service was not activated. No annual pricing or trial published.
Skip it if you need WhatsApp, TikTok or other channels beyond Instagram and Facebook. Or if you need a documented public API, Zapier/Make integration or an AI agent that holds conversations. Or if you want a vendor with a long public track record and verifiable partner status.
