How subscriber billing works
SendPulse prices Pro by the number of subscribers stored in your chatbots. Everyone who has ever started a conversation counts, including people who no longer write. Removing inactive subscribers keeps you on a smaller tier.
The tiers jump from 500 to 2,000 subscribers, so an account with 1,000 subscribers pays for the 2,000 tier. Larger tiers continue well past 20,000 subscribers on the pricing page.
What the free plan covers
The free plan covers 500 subscribers and 10,000 messages a month. It includes three bots with unlimited flows. Comment-to-DM and keyword triggers work on it, and so do story mention triggers. SendPulse’s CRM is free for up to five team members.
Payment buttons need Pro, and so do teamwork tools and branding removal.
What Pro adds
Pro unlocks payment buttons in the chat, through 13 providers such as Stripe and Mercado Pago. It also removes the limits on bots and messages, and adds teamwork tools along with the API, webhooks and the ChatGPT integration. Messages no longer carry SendPulse branding.
Every Pro tier includes the same features. Only the subscriber limit changes.
Costs on top of the plan
- WhatsApp. Pro includes WhatsApp Business API access, and Meta charges its own conversation fees on top.
- Taxes. Prices on the pricing page exclude tax.
The pricing page shows no separate fee for AI replies.
