Vendor advertises 'Analytics com IA' (AI-generated campaign insights) and an MCP server that lets external AI clients (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code) read data and perform actions on connected profiles. No conversational AI agent that replies to customers is advertised. MCP access is sold in 'vagas' (slots, one per profile). Slot pricing is only visible inside the app (app.youze.com.br/integracoes/mcp/vagas) and was not retrievable.

Strengths and limits
Where it is strong
- Flat per-connection pricing with no contact-based tiers: R$49,90/month per Instagram account (R$29,90/month-equivalent on annual billing), about US$6-10 at the 2026-10-06 rate.
- Free plan with one Instagram connection and unlimited contacts, no credit card.
- Billing in BRL via Pix, boleto or Brazilian card with NFS-e invoices. Portuguese-language platform and support (email, WhatsApp from 4 connections).
- Public MCP server (Model Context Protocol) with per-connection permissions so Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients can read metrics, manage comments and messages, and toggle automations.
Where it falls short
- Instagram only: the vendor's own comparison page states it does not include Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS or email in the same panel.
- The headline 'a partir de R$ 29,90/mês' is the annual-billing equivalent. Monthly billing is R$49,90 per connection.
- WhatsApp support is only available from 4 active connections. Smaller accounts get email support.
- No shared inbox, human handoff, broadcast or conversational AI agent is advertised. The free plan's 'limited features' are not itemized on the public site.
- Marketing site is a JS single-page app (Lovable hosting). Several routes (/precos, /planos) fall back to the homepage, so pricing details are hard to verify without running the app.
Skip it if you need WhatsApp, Messenger or multichannel inbox in the same tool. Or if you need a team inbox with agent assignment or live-agent handoff. Or if you want a documented public REST API or Zapier/Make connector (only MCP is documented).
