What the free plan covers
The free plan sends 500 DM automations a month on up to five posts, with three trigger words each and AI-written variations of your public replies. Messages carry InstantDM branding. Story and live triggers need a paid plan, and so do DM keyword triggers.
Flat prices with hourly limits
Paid plans do not count contacts. They differ by features and by speed: Legend Pro runs up to 800 automations an hour and Trendsetter up to 2,000, while Trendsetter Pro has no hourly limit of its own.
Meta’s own limit still applies. It allows 750 private replies per hour on post and Reel comments for each account, so a faster plan mainly helps with other triggers and messages inside open conversations.
AI on your own key
The AI agent is a step in Trendsetter’s flow editor. It connects to your own AI provider account, such as OpenAI or Claude, and InstantDM charges nothing per conversation. Your AI provider bills you for usage directly.
Several accounts
Multi Starter covers three Instagram accounts and Multi Pro covers ten, priced per account. They suit agencies and brands with several profiles.
