The Starter plan at $99 a month connects every channel and includes five users. It has no workflow builder and no AI agents, and broadcasts are missing too, so it cannot send a DM when someone comments.
Growth adds all three, plus the API and integrations such as HubSpot and Salesforce. It is the cheapest respond.io plan for comment-to-DM.
How active-contact billing works
respond.io counts monthly active contacts, meaning people you exchanged messages with that month. Growth and Advanced include 1,000 each. Above that, Growth charges $12 and Advanced $15 for every extra 100 contacts.
At large volumes this adds up quickly. Enterprise pricing is quoted by sales and offers volume discounts.
Costs on top of the plan
- Extra users. Growth includes ten users, and each additional user costs extra.
- AI credits. AI agents are included from Growth with a fair-use allowance of credits. Extra credits are sold in blocks of 1,000.
